Gray makes history, surpasses 100 career points

History was made Friday night as Exeter senior Maria Gray reached the 100-point milestone for her career, recording two assists in Big Red's thrilling 5–4 victory over Cushing Academy.

"Maria's impact on our program has been immeasurable," said head coach Sally Komarek. "She's an offensive threat in so many ways and is next to impossible to shut down. She's a pure finisher, but what makes her so dangerous is her ability to recognize when to move the puck to open teammates. Maria has been our leading scorer in each of her first three years at Exeter and has served as an outstanding two-year captain. She's a great player and an exceptional leader, and we couldn't be happier for her."

Gray, who has committed to continue her career at the University of Vermont, has earned All-NEPSAC and All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention recognition during her time with Big Red. She now boasts 50 goals and 51 assists in an outstanding Exeter career, a testament to both her consistency and her ability to elevate those around her.
