Exeter finished second overall in the 39^th annual Pippy O'Connor Independent Girls Golf Classic on Wednesday at the Simsbury Farms Golf Course. Four of Big Red's six golfers finished with sub-80 and amassed a total of 307 to earn second place, seven shots behind Andover who claim first overall.

Ananya Ray led the way for Exeter, finishing with the fifth lowest score in the field with a 75 on the day. Emily Kim finished one shot behind Ray with a 76 while Kaylee Gong wrapped up with a 77. Sophia Xue shot a 79 on the day while Alicia Medina and Lucy Jung finished with an 80 and 83, respectively.

Exeter is back in action this Saturday when they battle with Andover at 2:00pm.
