Boys soccer nets shutout victory at Deerfield

Exeter boys varsity soccer went on the road and earned a 2-0 victory over a tough Deerfield team on Saturday afternoon.

Senior Alex Sahinoglu led the charge as he potted both goals for the Exeter offense, including finishing a beautiful feed from Cashel Drohan in the opening goal of the game that proved to be the game-winner. Dana Mussulman was stout in net for Big Red, aided by a strong effort from the defensive cast, earning the clean sheet.

Both the varsity and JV squads will return home on Wednesday. The varsity will welcome Dexter to campus while the JV will host Holderness. Both matches are set for 3:30pm.
