Boys water polo swims past Deerfield

Big Red upper James Faulhaber scored seven goals to power the Exeter boys varsity water polo team to a convincing 21-4 victory over Deerfield on Saturday afternoon.

Faulhaber and the Big Red offense was rolling early and found the back of the net often as the hosts built up a 12-0 lead in the first half and never looked back. Lower Henry Wise found the back of the net twice while doling out four assists and Remy Minnis added a trio of goals with an assist of his own on the day.

Upper Andrew Gao also finished with three goals and an assist for the hosts.

The boys JV water polo team also scored a victory over Deerfield on the day, topping the Big Green by a score of 7-4.

Big Red will be back in action next Saturday when they play host to both Loomis Chaffee and Hamden Hall.
