Fast start lifts boys water polo over Andover

Exeter boys varsity water polo turned in a complete team performance on Wednesday afternoon, earning a 12–6 victory over rival Andover in Love Gym Pool.

Big Red's offense was firing on all cylinders, with six different players finding the back of the net. Andrew Gao powered the attack with six goals, while Henry Wise and Mateo Sandhu each added a pair. Jack Cassidy and Chaemin Lee each chipped in a goal to round out the scoring.

Exeter set the tone early, racing out to a 4–1 lead after the opening quarter and maintaining control throughout. Defensively, the group was organized and disciplined, anchored by strong play from goalkeeper Logan Liu, who made several key stops to turn away Andover chances.

With the win, Exeter improves to 13–3 on the regular season and will await seedings for the New England Championships on November 8th in the Nekton Championship Pool.
