Girls Hockey opens Exeter Invite with victory over Brewster

Big Red girls hockey cruised to a 6-1 win over Brewster in its opening round tilt of the Exeter Invitational tournament. Mia Griffith and Erin Sears led the way with two goals a piece. Maria Gray and Lauren Xu each added a goal of their own while Allie Bell tallied her second win of the season in net.

Exeter is back in action Saturday in second round play against Kimball Union. Puck drop is slated for 4:00pm.
