In the dwindling minutes of a tied game, Exeter's
Maria Gray slid the puck past a sprawling Tilton goaltender to give Big Red a 2-1 and ultimately a victory.
The goal was Gray's second of the game after Exeter was faced with an early 1-0 deficit. Gray has been on a hot streak and has now notched goals in each of the last five games.
Paisley Meyer was credited with a pair of assists while
Erin Sears and
Grace Riley each earned one assist. Â
Senior
Allie Bell picked up the win in net for Big Red who will continue their week with a pair of games. Exeter will travel to Rivers School on Friday at 6:15p before welcoming Loomis Chaffee School to campus on Saturday at 3:00p.
