Samantha Fahey joined the Exeter community in 2021. In her role she serves as an instructor in the Physcal Education Department, is the head coach of the Big Red Field Hockey program, and also coaches with the girls basketball and girls lacrosse programs.Â
Prior to arriving on campus, Fahey spent five years as the first assistant at Columbia University where she was heavily involved with on-field preparation, training and served as the program’s recruiting coordinator. Fahey had coaching stops at Michigan State University, University of New Hampshire, Harvard University and also served as an assistant coach for the USA Field Hockey Junior High Performance Program. Fahey believes in creating a culture within the program that will translate to success both on and off the field.Â
