Jesse Schram is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with specialization is sports performance. Jesse graduated with a B.A. in Psychology at Lehigh University and earned his Master’s in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. He also earned a Certificate in Sport Social Work from the University of Michigan with a combined youth club and elite collegiate sport track. Jesse was a four-year starter at a Division 1 soccer program and strongly believes in the importance of bridging the gap between mental wellness and athletics. He has developed a specific focus on working with athletes who want to improve their mental health, as well as elite athletes who are interested in learning mental skills to enhance performance. As part of the Counseling & Psychological Department, he collaborates with the rest of the Health Center and Athletics to offer support groups, mental skills groups, and individual counseling support to students.Â
