Phillips Exeter Academy

Suzan Rowe arrived in Exeter in 2019 and has worked as Coach Bruce Shang's assistant with the boys and girls volleyball programs ever since. She helped guide the girls program to a perfect 20-0 season and New England championship in her first year while also contributing to multiple championships with the boys program. As a coach, she helps foster an environment that will help students adjust to starting off the school year supported in a new town, working hard at a sport and introducing them to a new family of athletes all working to the same end: to "GET BETTER.”
