Phillips Exeter Academy

A member of the Exeter community since 1992, AJ Cosgrove has worked with Exeter Soccer over the past 31 years with 30 of those years specifically working with the Boys varsity team. Cosgrove served as an assistant coach for 15 years before taking over the head coaching role in 2009. Cosgrove and Nolan Lincoln have shared head coaching duties since 2022.
In addition to his coaching duties, Cosgrove is a faculty member in the Science Department.
