Coach Evans will be entering his ninth season coaching for the Big Red in 2024. He is a native of the New Hampshire Seacoast, where he led Winnacunnet High School to a state championship title in 1983. The son of a legendary baseball coach at Exeter High School, Coach Evans has been around athletics his entire life. Coach Evans played football at Springfield College, where he saw action on both sides of the ball. He was an outside linebacker while also playing fullback in Springfield’s distinguished wishbone offense of the 1980s. He holds a degree in English and has taught and mentored student-athletes throughout his career. Coach Evans has been the owner of Victory Training Strength and Conditioning in Hampton, NH for over 25 years where he has trained hundreds of college athletes. One of the region’s top trainers, Coach Evans works with athletes of all ages and backgrounds and has been noted for his speed and strength development of football players.
