Phelps Stadium

Phelps Stadium has been a pillar of Exeter athletics since the beginning. Originally outfitted as just a field and gravel track, in 1995 the space was transformed to have stadium seating on each side with amenities for competitors and guests alike. The space continues to evolve as time goes on as the playing surface transitioned to synthetic turf in 2006. Seating for 5,000 spectators, Phelps Stadium is host to a lot of action throughout the fall and spring. Lining the field are two team rooms, a press box, public bathrooms, the Bravo Family Athletic Training Room in addition to night-game lighting and live stream capabilities.

In 2023, Phelps Stadium was honored by Pioneer Athletics as a winner of the Fields of Excellence Award. Following a rigorous judging process, the Field of Excellence Award recognizes outsanding playing fields and hardworking fieldcrews that maintain them.
